1. Digital Photo Files (Instant Downloads)

• All sales of digital downloads are final.

• Once you are provided with access to download a digital image, it cannot be "returned" or guaranteed to be unused. For this reason, I cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on any digital purchases.

• If you experience any technical issues downloading your files, please contact me immediately at hello@fusedframe.co.uk and I will happily assist you.

2. Fine Art Photo Prints (Physical Goods)

• No "change of mind" returns are accepted.

• All physical prints are custom-made to order and fulfilled via a professional print-on-demand partner. Because these items are printed specifically for you, they are exempt from standard return rights under UK law.

• Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Your satisfaction is incredibly important to me. If your print arrives damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, or is not what you ordered, I will gladly arrange a free replacement or a refund.

How to Report an Issue:

If your physical print has arrived damaged or defective, please contact me within 14 days of delivery:

1. Email me at hello@fusedframe.co.uk with your order number.

2. Attach a clear photograph showing the defect or the damage to the print/packaging.

3. Once verified, I will coordinate with my printing partner to get a replacement sent to you as quickly as possible.
