To keep things simple, this covers all services hosted under my primary root domains, including but not limited to:

3. Data I Collect

a) Store & E-Commerce Data (Wix & Printify) When you purchase digital files or fine art prints from my store, data is collected to process and fulfil your order.

  • Collected data: Name, billing and shipping address, email address, and order details.

  • Payment processing: All payments are securely processed via Wix Payments. I do not see, collect, or store your raw credit/debit card details.

  • Fulfilment: If you order physical prints, your shipping information (Name, Address) is securely passed to my printing partner (Photo Clever via Printify) solely for the purpose of printing and delivering your order.

b) Analytics Data (Umami & Wix)

  • Umami (Self-Hosted): I use a privacy-focused, self-hosted analytics platform on selected sites. This collects non-identifiable data such as device type, browser type, country (not precise location), and pages visited. No cookies are used, IP addresses are not stored, and no cross-site tracking occurs.

  • Wix Analytics: For my main website and store, Wix provides built-in analytics to help me understand site traffic and store performance.

c) Technical & Security Data Through infrastructure providers (e.g., Cloudflare, Wix), limited technical data may be processed, including IP addresses (for security routing), request metadata, and basic device information. This is used strictly for DDoS protection, performance optimisation, and security monitoring.

d) Contact & Form Data If you contact me or submit a form, I may collect your name, email address, message content, and any files you voluntarily upload. This data is used only to respond to your enquiry.

e) File Handling (Nextcloud & Tools) For services allowing file sharing or uploads (e.g., cloud.fusedframe.co.uk), files are stored only as required to provide the service, access is restricted, and files are never used for analysis or profiling.

f) EXIF Overlay Tool & Weather Services

  • EXIF Overlay: All processing occurs entirely in your browser. No images are uploaded to any server, and no EXIF data is transmitted or stored.

  • Weather Services: Retrieves data from third-party APIs (e.g., OpenWeatherMap). No personal data is required to use this service.

4. Cookies

I aim to operate a minimal cookie experience wherever possible.

  • Analytics: My self-hosted Umami analytics uses no cookies.

  • Essential & Platform Cookies: My main website is built on Wix, which uses strictly necessary cookies for security, e-commerce functionality (like keeping items in your cart), and network performance. Cloudflare also uses essential security cookies. These cannot be disabled as they are required for the site to function.

5. Third-Party Services

Some services integrate or link to third-party platforms. These services operate under their own privacy policies, and I am not responsible for their data handling practices:

  • Wix (Website hosting, payments, and e-commerce)

  • Printify / Photo Clever (Fine art print fulfilment)

  • YouTube (Embedded video player)

  • Cloudflare (Security and CDN)

  • OpenWeatherMap (Weather backend API)

  • E-Commerce Data: Retained for as long as necessary to fulfil your order and comply with UK tax and accounting laws (typically 6 years).

  • Analytics Data: Retained only as necessary for statistical analysis.

  • Contact Data: Retained only as long as needed to respond and maintain communication.

7. Data Sharing

I do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Data is only processed by necessary third parties (hosting providers, infrastructure services, payment gateways, and printing fulfilment partners) required to run the website and deliver your purchases.
