Small coverage for events lasting up to 1 hour 30 minutes (minimum 15 images)
Service Description
Designed for small community gatherings, performances, school events, or similar, this package offers up to 1.5 hours of continuous coverage. You’ll receive a minimum of 15 professionally edited images, with most Mini Event bookings delivering more. There’s no strict cap as I provide every image that meets my quality standards and captures the key moments of your event. 🕒 Your full gallery will be delivered within 3 to 5 days after the event. 📍 Travel is included within 10 miles of Rawmarsh, Rotherham. Additional travel beyond this range is charged at £0.50 per mile. 💡 Enhance your package with optional add-ons: - Engraved Wooden USB Flash Drive (Maple, Walnut, White) — £17 (16GB) or £23 (64GB) - Text or Photo Printed Acrylic USB Flash Drive (Rose Gold, Chrome, Gold) — £17 (16GB) or £23 (64GB) Payment: A deposit of £20 is required to secure your booking. This will be issued via invoice once I contact you. The remaining balance (£300) is payable upon completion, also via invoice. Payment due within 7 days. Payment options include: - Major Credit/Debit Cards (for this option, press Pay Invoice and enter your details) - Bank Transfer (for this option, press Pay Invoice and transfer the required amount needed to the details on screen). Once the deposit is received, I’ll follow up with all extra details and preparation information.
Cancellation Policy
Booking notice: Sessions must be booked at least 2 days in advance. Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, or fail to attend, a fee of 50% of the session cost will apply. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session by contacting me as soon as possible. If I am unable to attend: In the unlikely event I cannot make your session, you will be contacted immediately using the details you provided. You may then reschedule or cancel with a full refund.
